Using our online shop is safe and simply.

Here are some hints and tips to assist you to get started:

You must be aged 18 or over to place an order. You will be asked at the check out to verify that you are aged 18 or over.

Before you can proceed to the checkout you will need to register. Your details will be held securely and will be subject to our privacy policy.

If you wish, you can register right away and then your account will be ready as soon as you need it.

To register with us you will need to enter your current email address. Order confirmations will be sent to this address.

If you have problems with receiving email, please contact our customer services for advice.

Here are some pointers to help you make the most of your online purchasing.

Wine is sold by the box. There are 6 bottles per box. This means that there is a minimum order but you can mix bottles in a case.

Paying for your order

We can accept most debit and credit cards but NOT American Express.

Your personal data is stored securely and is confidential to us.

VAT

All prices include VAT at the standard rate.

Deliveries

When your order is delivered, the delivery person will need to obtain a signature. This means that you will need to set a delivery date when you know someone can sign for the parcel.

You can if you wish have your order delivered to a neighbour or a friend, who take the delivery and sign for it.

You can order wine to be delivered to an alternative address - send your friends some wine or, if you are going to party, have some wine delivered before you get there!
